Massage can be a great tool for athletes of all skill levels. Beth Brumbalow, a massage therapist at Texas Health Fitness Center HEB, demonstrates some of the benefits of sports massage.

Texas Health Fitness Center HEB professionals have created a year-long video series to help people make manageable changes to their health.

The series focuses on improving fitness, nutrition and overall health for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Rather than focusing on changing diet and exercise at once, the series is designed to offer small tweaks to build sustainable changes.
