  1. I got the rice paper wrap idea and roasting peppers regularly from you .

    Have done a general tips and tricks video? Maybe dedicated to what you prepp to make common meals together?

    For example for the salad in this video I mentioned you roasted veggies for multiple meals over the week. What veggies were theg? Looked like squash or sweet potato with onion?

  2. you should be more generous with olive oil I come from a Spanish background and Mediterranean diet is the healthiest – we have a lot of olive oil on toasts and when roasted veg and all when frying food and caramelizing

  3. Liesl, here is a good tip for you. Buy a bunch of ripe avocados when in season, cut in half and remove seed. Freeze each half individually on a baking sheet and then once frozen store in freezer bags. Voila! Perfectly ripe avocado anytime you wish! Enjoy!

  4. What's the calories of these lunches? I just started estimated meals but I dont want to track food strictly..

    I'm guessing ball park theyre about 280-400 calories? Max?

  5. I really like this. I’ve been watching a lot of these videos because I need to eat healthier because of medical issues. A lot of these videos look like they are complicated to make or require a lot of food.

    I’ve been trying to find cost effective, healthy and easy lunches so thank you!!
