  1. When I was young I don't know what is smartphone and I always go to bed early and wake up very early but when smartphone come to my life now sometimes I go to bed at midnight because of phone and I always wake up at least 10.30am!

  2. I wake up at 8 30 and hop right on my phone. Average person 4.7 wrong my time says 8.6 hours I’m not proud of it I’m addictive

  3. The thing is that electronic gadgets burn out our thinking capacity
    This is because when we think we learn how to use our brain and if you have your phone in your hand you have a tendency to use it
    Better use it for entertainment not living

  4. I really need to stop spending so much time on my phone. I end up staying in my room all day and I don't spend time with my family. I am a mess TT

    Mom: Its the phone
    My phone is taken by Mom

    Me: gets 30% again.
    Mom: Its because you've play the phone too long. I'm not giving that back to you

    Me: gets 90%
    Mum: Look you get better when your not using phone. Im not giving that back to you

  6. Everyone’s like “I spend 18 hours in my phone omg” and they’re writing it with proudness. Guys, don’t be proud of it. It’s really bad for your brain. You see, your phone/tablet has radiation which comes to our faces and then to our brain causing cancer. I do this too, but I want to change. I literally pull all nighters to spend time in my phone. If I continue this, I wouldn’t even be alive for a year! I’ve gotta change. BECAUSE of this darn phone, my sleep system is upside down. I now sleep in the morning and I’m awake in the night. This is gonna kill me, that’s for sure. I have to change. I must change!
