  1. A lot of wasted time. Women include too much useless information and narcissism. She's an old lady and focusing too much on her appearance. When you're an old lady – nobody is impressed with your looks.

  2. That's the end of the market that should remain unregulated. But apartments for regular New Yorker's need a lot more regulation and specifically tenant protections.

I went to work in construction at seventeen and have never been able to stay ahead of inflation. I had to squat for a while. Was the victim of arson, fdny could care less. Was abused by the NYPD, urinated on by one cop, knocked around by others.

Sharing a room with my old mother now, dependant on roommates to pick up the slack. The the landlord and his brother regularly make threats of violence, and when I call the police, they go straight to the landlord advising him about going to court and ignoring the native New Yorker who called for help.

Buy and sell all mansions you want, but don't go making my life any worse.

On July 4th, remember that the 3rd amendment may as well be describing a Gordon Gecko style hostile takeover.
