I went keto…no more farting…poop is solid…(salad, tuna, turmeric, cumin, olive oil, real cheese, pink salt, black pepper, cayenne hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, sage, all in a stainless steel mixing bowl…i call it Keto salad…and its very good) ceylon cinnamon..in my coffee. ghee…here and there…dark chocolate…blueberries…if i die..early…well ….i tried…..no more gumbo..candy..cokes..hydrogenated oil..no soybean…fried foods..carbs…very few..(tortilla) no rice…cajun food will fucking kill you…when paired with do-nuts or cake…or soft drinks…(ROUX…burnt vegetable oil and flour …..uhhhhhhh no!) I'm starting to think i should drink RAINWATER…

  2. It is a misconception that turmeric makes abhorrent body-odor. I use raw turmeric and raw garlic on a weekly basis because I enjoy the effects. Let the disbelievers rot slowly from ibuprofen and acetaminophen!
