  1. Great advice but, I'm noticing that when I reach out to any RE network (with no property of my own) no one takes me seriously and won't talk to me… what happens then?

  2. Thank you Matt and Jacob. I really wanted to get into real estate investment for a very long time but do to my credit that is not in good standard, I think I will get turn down. Any suggestions Matt? I wanted to get start soon.

  3. Great tips, I've been looking for some Canadian information. Wish there was more in here though. You don't touch on amortization vs terms. There's not much on the benefits and risks of variable rates. Mitigating the risk of an interest rate hike. Maybe it's in other videos so I'll keep watching, this playlist only had the two videos though

  4. Hi Jacob I am currently under contract for a short sale but it has been about 4 months now I was wondering if it would be a good idea to look for another deal and speak with a mortgage broker to start the process again?

  5. Great tips from Jacob – don't take your first "no", ask how you can get it done!

  6. Are there any pitfalls in the strategy of going with a lender advertising the lowest rate on Ratehub?
I notice that the best rates are often offered by smaller lenders/credit unions. Are they in anyway inferior to bigger names such as the big 6 banks?
Which lenders are more lax in approving borrowers who already hold multiple mortgages and are deemed too leveraged by other lenders?

  7. hey… if I knew you were in hamilton we could have grabbed a beer. if you are ever in the hood again message me.
